What shipping methods are available?
We offer standard shipping across India through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Do you offer free shipping across India?
Yes, we provide free shipping across India on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes may not be possible.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure online payment options.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
Is online payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
Do you accept international cards?
Yes, international cards may be accepted if supported by the payment gateway.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and order details.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or bank restrictions. Please contact your bank or try an alternative payment method.
Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
How do I request a return?
You can contact our support team with your order number and product images. After approval, return instructions will be provided.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Can I exchange my handbag for another design?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How many days do I have to return an item?
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
